Meet Sammie
Sammie has over 8 years of experience working in the healthcare field and now focuses on wellness coaching and lifestyle guidance.
Sammie founded Elevate Wellness Center to offer the kind of coaching she’d want for herself or someone she loves—honest, compassionate, evidence-based, and sustainable.
When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her out in nature snowboarding, hiking, camping, or soaking up a little too much sun. She also loves international travel, dancing, staying active, and spending time with her family.
